Troubleshooting

  • Can not communicate between VerteLith and the printer. (VerteLith Ver5.2.0 or later)
  • In case the computer is no longer working.
  • Anti-virus software identifies the VerteLith program file as malware.
  • My printer appears in [Select from the printers on the network], but cannot be added due to an error message.
  • My printer is not shown in [Select from the printers on the network].
  • Crop marks are not printed if Mark Color is set to "White" or "Varnish".
